"We stayed three nights while visiting family in the area and overall enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was excellent, the pool and hot tub were nice, and we enjoyed being so close to Riverfront Park. The room was a good size for the four of us and the beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was inconsiderate people above us. The first night/morning they clearly had a toddler that they let run back and forth across the room and the pounding footsteps were loud and rather annoying late in the evening when we were trying to relax and early in the morning when we were trying to sleep. The second evening we had different people above us who stomped around late into the night. Staff offered to move us to a different room after the second night, but we only had one more night and felt it would have been more of an inconvenience to pack up all our stuff and move. We’re not sure if the neighbors were warned for the third night, but there wasn’t any more stomping. Unsure how much can be blamed on the floors not having enough sound dampening and how much was just inconsiderate neighbors. Overall, we would stay here again: location, size of the room, friendly staff, parking, pool and hot tub, and quality of the breakfast met/exceeded all our needs."

"The front desk people gave free products to me from the market, breakfast is excellent only problem is there is homeless outside but the hotel is secure.with a fence and door always locked u need a key to get in or a staff member let's you in the room was clean. And parking was easy"

"The room, area and ease of getting to the airport was great. When we got back we called for a pickup and our ride picked us up quickly abs we were on our way home without any problems. I works stay here again anytime I need to get to the airport early. Great place to stay....."

"Great facility... great location. I have stayed here many times and the last two times the front desk staff got an F on their customer services. They weren't great to elderly people for Gonzaga Grad weekend, and then weeks later was the same. The rooms, parking and facility are all 4 stars."
