"Good location in Nob Hill. Our room was on the 20th floor and the views were breath taking. Loved that they had a bell man to help with luggage. He was waiting for us with the door open and did a room tour! Not expecting that at a Holiday Inn. "

"Very cute place the lobby was so nice and relaxing. They had a cappuccino machine and coffee and I would just sit there and it was so pretty great locations walk out the door and there’s all the little malls for Japan town. I love shopping in the little malls, it was so cute. There was so many cool stuff locations fantastic and all the staff were so friendly and helpful and nice. I’ll definitely stay there again. My son had stayed there before and that’s how he recommended to me. I came out for a visit. "

"We checked in late after midnight. The first room we were given the key card didn't work. We were sent upstairs to a room with no ac, 2 beds had the metal rails sticking out and an old blood stain on the box spring. Very disappointed and disgusted. "

"Parking is very convenient in this great neighborhood. The room was clean enough for a motel and the bed was comfy. It’s not luxury, but it’s not trying to be. This hotel is clean, convenient and super affordable for the great location. I’d absolutely stay here again. "

"The Perramont is in a great location close to the Castro and just steps from Muni which made getting around easy. I really appreciated the daily maid service having fresh towels and the bed made each day was awesome. The showers and bathrooms were cleaned regularly, and although there was some remodeling happening (which meant fewer bathrooms available on the floor), everything was well maintained. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with a desk that made it easy for me to work. The Wi‑Fi was reliable, which was a big plus. My room faced the street, so there was some outside noise. Installing double‑pane windows could help with this. Fortunately, I had a white noise machine and earplugs, which made it manageable. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a very convenient location."

"Parking was a bit of an issue, but manageable. Staff was excellent, both at the front desk and throughout the hotel. Don't miss the outdoor garden with the heated seats/bench, a lovely spot. The proximity to so many of the things which make SF special was amazing. Shopping, eats, bars (The Page and Gigis both stand out), Golden Gate Park, the fun SF vibe all made the trip and stay memorable. We'll be back to stay at the Metro! "
