We loved our room at the Desert Pearl Inn. The view of the river, trees and the red rock mountain from our porch was beautiful. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay there.
It was a nice stay. Very clean. Just a bit overpriced considering some of the other surrounding properties that are far less with better amenities.

Desert Pearl in was kind of a mix for us.
The grounds themselves were nothing special. Sort of a Motel vibe.
The interior was spacious and modern, but the bathroom (aside from the bidet) were pretty average.
All in all, a little pricey for what it is.
We had the King Room with a fantastic view.
A very functional kitchenette area (that went mostly unused) included a very basic, small capacity and barely functional coffee maker. Something more modern - with to-go cups would have been appreciated - as it was, we had to hit a coffee shop to get coffee.
This was a great hotel - Spacious, clean and close to the park. The pullout couch was actually comfortable which was great (much nicer than some of the other pullouts we came across on this trip). The fridge, microwave and toaster oven and dining area were really useful for easy, early morning breakfasts.
The only real downside is that we had a ground floor room and we could hear the guests upstairs moving around quite a bit. I’m not sure if they were extra heavy footed or if it was just the structure of the hotel. For a family of four it felt like we needed more place to hang clothes/jackets that needed to dry out. It rained a little during our visit so we had to drape over chairs etc. Hooks in the entryway would be great! If there are just two of you, it’s fine.
Perfect location. Spacious, clean, comfortable room. E-bike rental on the property. Everything about Desert Pearl was perfect. Can’t wait to stay again!
We loved this property, our room was spacious and we appreciated the kitchenette, laundry facility and awesome pool and hot tub! The staff was super helpful and gave great tips about hikes in Zion and restaurants. Loved the king size sofa bed, it was pretty comfortable and was able to sleep 2 comfortably. Only thing that we would have liked better was for the outside light by the entry door to not shine through the window above the door all night, and, the metal chairs and headboard had the room feeling a little cooler. Bathrooms need to be updated and more comfortable/warm feeling- kind of dated. Other than that this place rocked! Loved our stay
Great location, beautiful views. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, it was very expensive, not a great value for money. The property’s restaurant was closed for the day while we were there…
Lovely property, very close to entrance gate at Zion. Had room facing river that was amazing - the view was lovely and sitting on the balcony enjoying the sounds of the rushing water was a treat. Bathroom was clean and modern, and kitchenette well-appointed (no stove but everything else). Decor was tasteful and beds comfy. Pool looked inviting as did the restaurant on site. Shuttle to Zion stops right in front.

The restaurant next door (Camp) was fantastic and convenient. Discounts on e-bike rentals was great. One member of the staff was unwilling to help with much of anything, however the manager and other staff were great.
This was our second stay at the Desert Pearl. We loved everything about it. Such a great find! Pristine cleanliness a tranquil surrounding. I can’t think of a negative!
The rooms were a wonderful surprise large, with kitchens and an eating area and everything you need including pool towels - location to the parks was perfect - an easy walk or can take a shuttle. Would stay there again in a heartbeat
The Desert Inn was in a lovely spot - very pretty. It doesn’t have a restaurant on site but offers discounts for the one next door. Breakfast was a little tough to find the first day, many places don’t open until 7:30/8:00. Was able to do laundry and swim in the hot tub one afternoon. Room was large with 2 queens and a couch/table, sitting area as well. Would definitely recommend.
Very impressed with the thought and detail of the design and lay out of room itself.
Unbelievable detail in how they maximized the natural beauty of the outside of the property ( mountain and river ) and the interior of our room.
Top shelf place to stay.
Wow, what a magical location! We stayed in a King Suite next to the river and the views and sounds were spectacular! This was just what we needed to get away from the city and immerse ourselves in nature. We rode our bikes into the park from the hotel which was the way to see Zion on a quick 2 day visit. We spent our anniversary here and found a sweet treat for us upon arrival which was a nice touch! There was a gift soap in the room that looks like a gemstone that smells great! I would also like to add that their front desk and staff working around the property were all friendly and accommodating. My tire on my bike got a flat and Steven a staff member came out to help and even let us use his personal bike pump. If you’re looking for great food don’t pass up the restaurant next store the Camp Outpost, their food is delicious!! I almost forgot to add, the electric charging stations were a lifesaver and the spa was hot and perfect after a day of adventures!!

Front door has a tag sealing the room saying that it’s cleaned and sanitized. However, the 3 night stands were covered with a heavy coating of dust.
This place is a MUST stay. The river view balcony rooms is so relaxing. The staff is very nice. Its right next to a good place to eat and very close to entrance of Zion. If you can stay awake or wake up at 2 - 3 AM the stars on the river is memory that will last a life time.
A new favorite! Beautiful property. All new, hip feeling….similar to a stay we had in Healdsburg CA. Full kitchen, comfy bed with dreamy bedding. All the good amenities. We really want to come back to Zion again and this hotel is part of that desire.
We loved our recent stay at the Desert Pearl. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped, with plenty of room to eat and to relax. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which was great after a long day of hiking in the park. The hotel is very close to the shuttle stop and is also close enough to the park that we could just walk up. Best of all was the patio overlooking the back lawn and river with a beautiful rock face beyond. This is a stunning hotel - we would love to go back!
Great property and great location. I loved that they had multiple chargers for both Tesla and non Tesla cars, which made it super convenient to keep the car charged and for the drive home.
The entire property was very clean, calm and serene. As others have stated, if you are in the first floor, you will hear the people above you. It can be loud at times but it was never excessive. We used the hot tub multiple times. Each time the temperature varied- sometimes more like a warm bath, sometimes like a proper hot tub but either way the stargazing was delightful. If you aren’t a fan of oversized feather pillows, I recommend you bring your own. Having the shuttle stop right out front made getting in and out of the park super convenient. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay!
Loved it. How can you not. Its a beautiful area, and a great spot. Coffee maker could use an upgrade. Our didn't work but one day and it makes about one cup (not a keurig), a mini pot.
The DPI was absolutely fabulous. Nice size rooms, warm wood floors, comfy beds, super clean, excellent outdoor hot tub and pool area, pristine grounds, convenient, Virgin River in the back yard, views from your patio...I could go on and on. Stay here and you'll see.
