I love that this location is so close to the Holyoke mall. The breakfast, coffee all day and pool were nice perks! I just wish the ice machine had worked on our floor but other than that we had a great stay and will be back!

Excellent choice hands down .. beats all five star hotels that think that they are better !! Conveniently located right off the highway near a mall and restaurants and so much to do . Travel in from Connecticut each year and there’s no other choice for us. We would actually cancel our trip if we could not get a room here absolutely the best.!!!! Clean hotel. I wouldn't use the cooking utensils provided, unfortunately the pots and pans were all really old non stick ones with the Teflon/non stick layers peeling off - they might as well not offer any at that point.
