I’ve also been a loyal Hilton guest for more than 20 years, frequently staying at locations across the country for business travel. From the moment I checked into this hotel, it was clear this property was a cut above the rest. Even something as simple as being warmly greeted and acknowledged as a Hilton Honors member—something none of the other recent properties had done—stood out immediately. After just one night, I was already impressed. The professionalism of the staff, the attention to detail, the cleanliness, the room layout—everything exceeded expectations. Even my family noticed how clean and well-maintained the hallways and common areas were as we walked to our room. As our stay continued, my positive impression only deepened. There is something exceptional about this hotel that truly sets it apart—it should serve as a model for other Hilton locations. Even when a minor housekeeping issue arose, the staff and management addressed it immediately and sincerely. Management not only resolved the issue quickly but also took the time to personally apologize—something that never happened at other hotels, even when much more serious problems occurred.
