"you are basically their hostage, as they lock you behind an iron gated entry and you have no key. no privacy or freedom. also this is located in bad part of town"
"The property was double booked the first two days leaving us without a place to stay. The property manager said he booked another place when we got there that was also not available. We spent several hours late in the evening until we were finally able to get a temporary booking. Communication was extremely poor overall it was hard initially to get a hold of the property owner although we had paid in advance our accommodations was not available first two days. "
"No information on how to check in was given despite several attempts made

"The staff were kind, hospitable and professional. Food was great with option of Jamaican cuisine and American. Gym was one of the better set up and equipment than most hotels. The double rooms were on the smaller side but the view made up for it. The surrounding areas were in walking distance and safe. Only will need to be aware of surroundings and you will be okay. If, you do not have a car. Only complaint was weird odor coming from carpet. Room spray masked the smell. Overall stay was great! Shout out to Janience for great house keeping. "
"Keep up the good work, Jamaica Pegasus. However, as a Jamaican, it's sad to know that only the name is Jamaican as the Pegasus is 100% privately owned since
2011."
