The host was not answering her phone and was difficult to reach due to lack of wifi access No hot upon reaching, was not mention to guest about turning on hot water system No change of linen No access to masterbed room bathroom for bathing due to broken pipe/facet in bath tub Leakage of water from toilet broken Only was thing,that was excited was the mango tree."

"It was WONDERFUL! Every last one treated us with kindness and excellence of care. Kirk and his team past excellent. Thank you management and all involved for the balloons and rose peddles. Thank you to the customer service team, receptionist team, the nurse, room service team, cleaning team, you all made our time there a wonderful experience. We hope to return there again. "Amazing experience and overall stay! There are a few opportunities for improvement, particularly with attention to detail, fulfilling simple guest requests, and following through to ensure those requests are completed (daily fridge restock was not daily) The check-in process could also be more efficient, as the wait time was much longer than expected almost an hour. That said, the evening housekeeping team is absolutely first-class and deserves recognition; and a raise! Their attention to cleanliness is exceptional, and they consistently do an outstanding job. They were definitely a highlight of the stay!"

"Big up Sandals Ochi. The resort was emasculate and the staff were very helpful and polite. I just want to shout out both Patrice's from the front desk and entertainment sections. They both made my stay unforgettable. My villa was amazing and the housekeeping staff were on point. I will definitely stay here again. I love the fact that I could eat somewhere different every day and even eat at crazy hours on the morning thanks to some places being open until 2am."

"Couples Sans Souci is a beautiful, peaceful resort with a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. I would say it caters more toward mature couples looking to unwind rather than those seeking nightlife, partying, or lots of activities geared toward a younger crowd. That said, there are still enjoyable activities on the property, including sailing. The staff was one of the highlights of my stay. Everyone was professional, friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Overall, I would recommend Sans Souci for couples looking for a calm, intimate, and relaxing getaway."
