"Lovely hotel situated at the top of a steep hill overlooking the bay. The views are to die for making the short walk from Mevagissey, well worth it. There is a lovely path through gardens which takes the steepness out of the hill and plenty of seats along the way. Arrival at the hotel was exceptional, was able to park the car outside the hotel.Arrived a little early, which was no problem as we were met by Sam who offered us a nice cold drink and was able to sit on the terrace admiring the views. Sam took us to our room, after giving us a tour of the dining room, bar and lounge, which was overlooking the bay, where we were lucky enough to see dolphins in the bay. Room was exceptionally clean and modern, newly refurbished and stunning views. Coffee machine, tea making facilities. Bottle of water and cookies was also a nice touch. Bathroom was exceptionally clean with lovely walk-in shower. Comfortable bed which provided a restful night sleep. Food was exceptional stayed on a bed and breakfast basis arriving on a Sunday with evening meal optional on Sunday and Monday of our stay. Evening meal was freshly cooked with a nice choice available and again lovely views of the bay. Breakfast was also freshly cooked with a great choice. Food was stunning and service was exceptional. Had a good free internet access. There was lots of information available for taxis and local attractions. Highly recommend this small and friendly hotel. "I stayed in the house overlooking the harbour. A couple of flights of stairs. Had breakfast in the pub which was lovely although I was a bit early at 7:25 I had an evening meal in the sister hotel 50m down the road. It was very nice however £7.00 a pint seams a bit expensive "

"It was very relaxing and enjoyable the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good and the pool was just as we remembered it looking out side apart from the trees were bigger and this time we sat out side in the sun just like going abroad but a lot cheaper. "
