"Leider war bei der Ankunft keine da,keine Rezeption, keine Ansprechpartner.
Schlüsseln mit Name im Flur gefunden und alleine eingecheckt.
Frühstück war schön gedeckt, vielfältig und sehr lecker.
Bedienung auch sehr nett. Man muss noch Kurkosten bezahlen, 3,60 € .

Die Zimmer schön eingerichtet und gepflegt. Kostenfreier Parkplatz im Hof. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, in der kleinen Innenstadt von Bad Saulgau. Fußgängerzone, Restaurants, Eisdielen, der Marktplatz,... alles ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut und ausreichend. "We had two family apartments. One which was the main floor, and one on the third floor. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. Location was fabulous and...

"We paid 17€ per person for breakfast and they didn't refill at any time the food. We were so hungry even though we had tobpay such a high price! Definitely not worth the money! We are so disappointed! What is more the hotel was being refurbished and it was so noisy and so smelly!!!"
"Great hotel right next to train station and central bus terminal. Check in was easy the front desk clerks were very helpful. Very clean rooms and guest areas. You get a voucher for a drink if you don't require servicing the room at that day. Also great bar what is open Monday through Saturday staffed with amazing employees. "
