"The studio confirmed in my booking which had to be in Menada Kavaci (Complex Green Life) unexpectedly was changed by phone with a studio situated in Menada South Pearl. ...very different from the confirmation, it was absolutely not worth even the half of the high price paid! Small sudio, old, shabby furniture ,low level of hygiene ,not clean at all, rests of uncleaned dead mosquitos or other insects were left on floor and furniture . " It was high light off our trip to Bulgaria to stay in this hotel . Front desk friendly staff , Valentin our concierge and parking attendant , went well beyond for us to feel comfortable and safe to show us a parking place . And later in the evening , he drove us on hotel electric car and explained directions to local famous sights . Friendly restaurant personal always attended our questions , food was great and affordable . Room was spacious, clean and comfortable, including very useful beach bag ! Beach umbrellas and sun beds were included . Black Sea was magnificent ! We stayed there for a 3 days, hopefully next time it will be much longer !!! Thank you guys !!!"
"Beautiful resort about a 20 minute walk to old town up a hill. Just enough time to wear off dinner. The rooms are clean, modern and a beautiful deck. The restaurant at the resort was also very good. Plus the mini bar is complimentary with wine, beer, sodas and treats which was a nice touch. "
