"I am pretty upset. There was a leak from the room that damaged personal items of ours; I still have not heard back from management after 3 days of checking out. Very unprofessional. As of right now, I will never be returning to this property. "

"I was on the fence between 3 and 4 stars, but the overall value pushed it to 4. Really the only thing holding it back was that the maintenance on the place was behind. The rooms and facilities were clean and well appointed. But stained couch cushions and rusted pool fence should be changed. The beds were comfortable, the room clean, the mini fridge was a good size with an actual freezer. The breakfast was great! There was no single stand out item that wowed me, but the variety and quality were great. The pool was nice and warm, and the hot tub hot and bubbly."

"I have stayed at Motel 6 in Cedar City twice with no complaints and expected this one in St. George to be comparable. I was absolutely wrong. There were visible stains on the bedspread, and we pulled back the covers to see if the sheets were at least clean, and they also had a lot of stains. We didn't stay, we got back in the car and left. There was not a live person to talk to about it, check-in was at a kiosk with a remote worker."

"The room had comfy beds but lacked some amenities for bathroom and was older needing some TLC. The staff was very nice, and informative. Breakfast had a good variety each morning.. Unfortunately you can hear everything in hall, next rooms and upstairs. We might stay again, but will plan for necessities."

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. No heavy scents. We enjoyed the playground (a perfect place for our children to burn off some energy) and swimming pools. The location is within 7 minutes of downtown, which was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was simple and delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay."
