"I don’t even know where to begin - this was the worst rental I’ve ever had through Expedia, Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other platform I’ve used. The place looked nothing like the pictures and there was nothing “modern” about it (as the descriptor calls it). The place was dirty and run down. The stove didn’t work, it was impossible to take a shower (because the temperature constantly went from hot to cold to hot), and as per Expedia’s description, there was no dryer. "We enjoyed our stay in Wirral. Mark was very easy to work with, and kind enough to warm up the hot tub before we arrived! This property has a beautiful garden and outdoor space to enjoy! The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed, including off street parking. Our dog travelled with us, and there was easy access to walk him in the neighborhood. "I don’t think I would’ve described the property as “remarkable” but that said it delivered everything we needed 2 to 3 bedrooms and it was clean enough just not very well designed. It didn’t have it particularly homely feel and there was food and some items left around from the previous visitors. The area it was in didn’t feel particularly safe, but we had no trouble and I had no issue with it given I chose this without knowing or doing my due diligence "

"The design of the place is excellent, a very 90s/00s feel. Sadly some of the technology is also from that era. TVs aren't very smart and keep locking up, wifi is mediocre there's no air conditioning. I tried opening the window, they were doubled with the outer window sealed close and filthy on top, needed to deep wash my hands after trying to open. I would visit again, but only in the colder months. "
