"We had a twin standard room so wasn't expecting too much, but we had a lovely view into town with the sea in the distance. The bath over the shower was adequate, the toiletries were plentiful and the room was small but perfectly acceptable. The food was great, plenty to choose from at breakfast and dinner was great value at around £33. The spa was amazing! Already looking at when we can return. Thank you. "

"Lovely hotel within walking distance of Esplanade and town centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing was a bother. Outdoor pool and sun terrace was a fantastic addition as we were lucky with the weather, the terrace was a real sun trap. Our room was on the top floor, at the front of the hotel, it was very warm with no air con which made it hard to sleep at night, not sure what it would be like in the hight of summer. "Fantastic staff and a great location, such a shame they are going to close as I would book again for my next business trip"

"The position of the hotel is convenient for the shops, the port and the bus station. The standard rooms are extremely 'tight'. There is very little space in the bedroom and a tiny bathroom. No views from the windows. If staying in St Hellier again, I would choose Premier Inn because the rooms are bigger and more 'user friendly'."

"The hotel is apparently closing soon which is a shame because we loved it. It was a bit quirky and old fashioned but very clean. The staff were superb and very friendly. The bar service and food quality was good. The position was excellent, convenient for the local restaurants and bus station. You can easily reach it by bus from the airport too. We stayed for six nights with friends and we all had a great time."
