Friendly staff. Rooms were clean and spacious. We were there for a fall color tour, but I would stay during the summer when they have the outdoor pool open. Nice views of the water and conveniently located.

The location of our room right on the water was spectacular! Even with the rainy foggy weather we still appreciated the five star setting.The highlight and best feature of the hotel, however, was being transported from our room to the lobby in the extended golf cart by Sid.The man is the embodiment of customer service...what an ambassador for your hotel!

We were upgraded to beautiful rooms due to computer problems and the staff was extremely helpful. We were picked up at our door for breakfast and returned by the most friendly man in a golf cart! Great service!!

Very nice hotel
As soon as i checked in we had wonderful customer service. This hotel has multiple buildings that you need to drive to. The main building is where the pool, service desk and breakfast area are. Our room was very clean. I paid extra to have lake view, which was very nice seeing the sun rise each morning. In the morning, Sid comes around in his golf cart and picks you up to take you to breakfast. He is a very nice guy. Breakfast was amazing. There are many options to choose from. Overall, a very nice stay.

It was a little weird to have to go outside to get to the indor pool, but otherwise I loved the place. Great stay and had a beautiful view of Lake Huron right outside our sliding glass door :)

Loved everything about it. The view was nice, the staff was friendly especially Sid who gave us a ride on his golf cart. The rooms were roomy with lots of plugs and the bathroom had a lot of space, especially counter top space. Everything was very clean. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again.

Absolutely gorgeous views of Lake Huron, nice pool and hot tub, and a very comfy, clean room. Couldn't be happier. I wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed in the Ontario building all the way in the back of the property and for safety reasons they should have the doors only unlock with hotel key access. Overall was a great stay and would return!

Fall getaway
Our stay was amazing ! From the easy check in to all of the friendly staff, we could not have had a better experience ! Our spotlessly clean room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. I would highly recommend this property if you are travelling to the Saint Ignace area.

Great hotel. Close to the ferry to Mackinac Island - we actually walked from the hotel to the ferry. Large room. Nice continental breakfast. Friendly staff.
