"I stayed with my husband and my nearly 2-year old daughter. In our time in Malta, this was our most enjoyable stay. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. I unfortunately forgot to mention that we needed a travel cot and only the front of house was left by the time we arrived but he kindly set up the travel cot for us. We were extremely grateful as we know he went above and beyond to action it. The staff played, welcomed accommodated my daughter with open arms especially at breakfast. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and the staff kindly made a small portion of porridge for my daughter. The location is perfect as it is central to all key areas to explore and the hotel offers parking, too. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Overall, we would highly recommend staying here."

"We really liked our stay at Marcellino Boutique, very well located in Victoria. You just go out and find yourself in the main square. It is a new property, well refurbished and the owners are really kind and attentive, ready to help you. We also liked the breakfast served at the restaurant below. Thank you! "

"This place is a real treasure with a fascinating history as explained by my host Donald. The room is luxurious. A wonderful breakfast offers numerous delicious choices, including fresh eggs. One can sit indoors or in the courtyard. The house is located in a beautiful old part of town where residences have been beautifully renovated. You are only steps from the basilica with a delightful facing piazza. The cathedral and citadel are across the street from the piazza. Quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend MariaRosa Suites where I stayed four nights."

Beware

"This day was not what we expected at all. First and foremost when looking at the advert for this day, it states a one bedroom one bath duplex. When you click on pictures, it talks about having a private pool, private bathroom and entrance in a space, alter yourself. When I went through the booking and looked at the room available it insured me that I was booking for a one bit one bath private duplex. When I got to the space, it was actually one room and a private duplex with a bathroom that was unattached to the room. Meaning it was in the hallway filled with other rooms. Apparently our bathroom was private and it didn’t have a key, but I don’t really know if it was really as private as it said. I’m going to try to get a refund for this day as well. Talking to Alex the man who operated the site was very difficult as he refused to let me talk and every time I would open my mouth, ask a question or to speak about what I saw. He told me it was my fault for misinterpreting the advert. Not one City actually fully let me talk even after I asked him to please let me talk. he still continue to interrupt and be disrespectful. "

"This was a Brand new quality hotel, inside and outside. To be honest I have some issues I can not rate above 5 stars. Excellent breakfast too. Just tell team which kind of coffee you want! I recommend it without any hesitation. And I also recommend visiting Gozo for 2 days with a rental car. There are so many places to discover and beaches to cool down (August is hot) Thank you Ramona for your hospitality, recommendations and help to book the rental car at a price lower than on internet. We come back🇨🇭👋"
