"This property is a cozy gem and haven to those seeking quiet time away from tourist areas while still having reasonable access to local and foreign attractions. It is aesthetically pleasing with its unique and meaningful bubblegum pink decor, carefully picked art pieces reflecting the owner’s passion, attention to detail, and love of culture, an enticing warm pool, and a patio with views of dickenson beach within reasonable walking distance. It is also surrounded by a few restaurants within driving distance. My room was spacious, clean, well ventilated and private. The cherry on top was discovering that this was a black woman owned property. The owner Jackie is a treasure. She was nurturing, resourceful, went above and beyond with bookings, recommendations, transportation, and ensured my safety during my stay. It was also a pleasure to hear her story and learn that she is and continues to be a selfless pillar of support to her community. I highly recommend this place and hope to visit again soon."
