"The Apollo was a 2 minute walk from train station and buses. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. My room (5) was clean and bed very comfortable. Plenty of Tea, coffee and milk in room. Also a lovely touch was the biscuits, cartons of juices and bottled water. I would recommend the Apollo."
"Staff were excellent in all areas. Great dinner in the evening, but unfortunately breakfast was poor as food had not been freshly cooked as was only warm. "
"Lovely hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Nice room, comfortable bed, modern bathroom. The staff were so very friendly and efficient. Really exceptional breakfast. Great great great. We will be returning for sure."
"We enjoyed our stay at Bannatyne spa hotel. The executive double room was spacious and relaxing with a queen sized bed. The spa/leasure facilitates were very good. Just a shame we had to pay extra for that. "

"Water pressure problems throughout our stay. Hit water coming through both cold and hot taps. We had no shower for the duration of our stay. Kitchen sink has no hot water so we had to wash the dishes with cold water. Boiler noisy and once it was on, the leak was coming through the ceiling. We had switched the boiler off on the last night of the stay due to the noise and the safety concern due to the extreme not water running from both hot and cold taps in the bathroom. Please owner fix the boiler before subjecting anyone else through this. So glad it’s over! "
"The room was compact but very comfortable. It was spotless and very well appointed, with a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and even a standing fan. The location is perfect, close to everything you might need. The pub downstairs serves great food too. Even though it's above a pub, there was no noise at all, and I slept very well. Definitely a room for a solo traveller though! "
"It was my second visit. This B&B has amazing decorations of antiques. It has beautiful garden, the owner welcome us with English tea and cake. Its a perfect experience of old British. "
"Fantastic stay. Everyone there was friendly, accommodating, and had great suggestions for things to do around town and great places for dinner. Couldn't of had a better time. Will highly recommend to anyone coming to Hastings. "
