The rooms are spacious and clean. The location right off 270 is so convenient and there’s plenty of stores within reasonable driving distance. The staff here is amazing. KB is very personable and fun to talk to.

This property was horrendous!! Before even checking in we noticed how unsafe the area was. Upon going in it smelled so bad inside! When trying to check in, the front desk employee tried charging me for the room I had already paid for. Once getting to the room I was disgusted! The mattress had no bedding on it at all, no sheets, no cover, no pillow cases. The mattress had stains all over. The tub had bugs and dirt in it. The walls had discolored, patched over holes all over. When we asked for a different room, it was the same thing! No bedding. When we spoke to front desk again they were closing up, only to tell us they had no clean bedding. Everything was washing. Like what!??? This is unheard of! Totally unprofessional nasty. We couldn’t even stay there after driving 10 hours. And spending well earned money!

We have slept in the feild, and the feild was cleaner then this place, the shower had mildew, the towels and bed had hair in them, the sinks look like it haven’t been clean years, looks nothing like the pictures, one of the pillows was stained with orange? I hope it was just juice or something, the chair that was in the Corner was really cracked and very dirty, over all just a really dirty room, will never stay there again, we only paid $77 and it shows why it was so cheap. I’m sorry to say it but they should be closed, and deep cleaned,

Room was not very clean, didn’t have any full towels for showering had to use a small one. When we went down to ask for some we were given one and it still wasn’t a full size towel. There was no soap in the bathroom when we arrived. Cabinets in the kitchenette were not clean

I will never stay here again. Upon checking in when I got to my room there were holes in the curtain, burn marks in the comforter, crumbs in the drawers, the microwave, fridge, and freezer were all dirty, and the bathroom was disgusting and had no soap. And although they say they have a no smoking policy you couldn’t tell because of how the hall smelt. I had to find a new hotel the same day that I checked in because I refused to stay there. When I called to ask about their cancellation policy the worker in the phone was rude and didn’t let me ask all of my questions before she hung up the phone. I would not recommend staying here.

I didnt even get to stay. A nice expedia rep named jose got me a room at a differnt place because the "overbooked" while i was waiting for 30min for them to tell me i couldnt have a room. 5 different cockroachs crawled up and down tbe front desk

This is by far the most DISGUSTING establishment I have ever seen in my entire life. I am sleeping in a chair tonight at this extremely uninhabitable hotel. I am afraid to touch anything in here it is so grotesque. I was told by staff themselves they don’t clean unless you pay a fee and that most guests bring their own broom and mop to clean a room that they have PAID FOR! This is inhumane, this is probably illegal, and most importantly a threat to my mental and physical health. I will be reporting this establishment and the company as a whole to the BBB, the state board, the health inspector and every news and media outlet possible. I want an IMMEDIATE REFUND for the conditions I am being forced to stay in due to the lack of cleanliness and the lack of customer service I have received. Although one staff member is extremely sweet, I saw a roach in front of her and she told me to step on it!

I had booked a room on Expedia for the weekend, as I had for the previous three weekends (for work). Last week, I noted in my review that the room had not been cleaned very well, but otherwise gave the facility good marks. When I arrived this Friday, I was told that 'the system was down', so I could not be checked in. I asked if I could pay cash and was told 'no'. After making me wait for an hour and checking in other guests ahead of me, I was assigned the exact same room I had on my last trip; in several years of traveling, I've never had that happen. When I finally was able to check in, I saw that the room had been cleaned, but it was patently obvious that the staff had decided to punish me for the review. I won't darken their door again.
