We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, lots of options and great quality. The only issues were that, since we were on the 10th floor, it took about 5 minutes for the water to get warm, and the room wasn’t cleaned daily. When we asked for new towels, we were told to come down to the reception to pick them up.

Will never stay here again! The swimming pool and hot tub were disgusting! There were wet towels all around the floor, a cupcake wrapper floating in the pool and the hot tub water looked like swamp water. The floors in the downstairs lobby had cupcakes and random snacks smeared all over, so dirty. We asked for more pillows since our room literally had no pillows on the bed and we were told the hotel was out of pillows but they would give us dirty pillows that haven’t been washed yet. Ummm ewww!! I reached out to expedia who was super helpful and contacted the hotel front desk to see if we could get some of our money back and the front desk said if we checked out right then (it was almost midnight and we had 10 people in our group with smaller kids) they would otherwise no money would be given back. Horrible customer service! Would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

It was a nice size for our family to hang out and spend the evening together. Decent price for all the extra space and kitchen. Our room wasn’t ready for a few hrs after check-in but the desk staff took care to get a partial refund to us. Breakfast was good.

A big NO!

I would not stay here again. I have never stayed in a hotel that was this loud in my life. The rooms are basically situated right along a freeway offramp and it literally sounded like there were trucks about to drive through my room. It was awful!

It was a great stay. The beds are very comfortable, even the couch mattress was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good too. If I had a complaint, it would be that we could hear the freeway traffic. I would recommend this Hotel 10/10
