"Missed our room for housekeeping which is minor, toilet seat was broken but they fixed it promptly, overall decor is dated, no recycling, otherwise fine."

"If you’re just staying here to see a couple of baseball games, it’s fine. The restaurant is actually charming with good food, but the hotel staff takes away from the experience. Most of them could have cared less that we were there. The rooms are a little underwhelming for a Tribute Hotel. "

"Literally was amazed by this hotel! A hidden gem in STL for sure! The staff were all SO friendly, omelets were amazing for breakfast, rooms were clean and well maintained, valet was quick and easy. Just cannot wait to stay here again!"

"I enjoyed the Hollywood Casino overall. However, this is the first time I've stayed at a place that didn't have a single option for a hot breakfast at any of the restaurants. The lone exception was 99 Hops, but they only served from 8-11 am on Saturday and Sunday. That's not much help for Sunday night through Wednesday stay. I ended up having to drive to a local Denny's 10 minutes away for breakfast. I'll likely stay at Ameristar next time, since I know they do have breakfast options available."

"We received a room without the king bed. The hotel gave us an executive suite but only the living room part of the suite. The hotel had the bedroom part of the suite occupied by someone else."
