I traveled to St. Louis with my two kids (5 and 2 years old). At check in they booked a king bed though I requested 2 queens. They corrected this promptly for me. My kids and I enjoyed the pool which was very nice. The smell of cigarettes lingered in some areas of the hotel which was probably my only complaint. The shuttle to the airport was a very nice perk. The room was spacious and clean. Starbucks and a number of eateries are within walking distance. I plan to stay at the Sheraton again in the future whenever I am visiting my family there.

It looks.like they are updating the plaza with construction fences up all around. The hotel needs updated,as well. It is a nice atmosphere and safe. However, it needs a facelift. Beds comfortable, staff friendly.

The check in process was easy enough and the staff was friendly. The property is an older hotel which explains the need for updating. The ballroom has beautiful chandeliers and they serve Starbucks coffee in the lobby area which was cool. The view from our room with a balcony overlooking the pool and nice pond would have been more enjoyable if it wasn’t closed or off limits. Overall the stay was just ok.
