"Reserve this hotel. Regardless of your financial situation, stay at this hotel. Take out a loan if you need to. Itโs an singular experience that provides the feeling of a second home. Hospitality gets thrown a lot these days. Only a few know what the word truly means. Suvretta House is the very top in service. Guiseppe and Andrea are absolute class. Even the lady in the Zegna boutique and those in the Spa are world class. This is a hotel worth traveling for."

"We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Laudinella. Rabat at reception was particularly helpful and welcoming, and Fatima, who was on duty at night, was lovely. Another receptionist in the evening was less helpful. The transfer service was good, which was useful as the hotel is quite far from the town centre. The information about the amenities could have been clearer. At reception, we were told that the Jacuzzi and gym cost extra. The public facilities offered as an alternative were around ten minutes away and did not suit our needs. Overall, a lovely hotel and an enjoyable stay, but clearer information about the facilities and friendlier service from the restaurant staff would improve the experience."

"Nice location and clean rooms with a balcony. Had partial views of the water which I wish we were higher but is what it is. Staff was pleasant but very basic on the things to do. Simply pointed to the center to walk to infront or to the left to the mountain. Would have loved a little more insight. Thank goodness for Google. this time of the year not much going on there. Very beautiful tho."

"We stayed at the Crystal Hotel for a single night in October of 2026. It was a lovely hotel and the staff were exceptionally helpful. It is well situated for walking and exploring St Moritz, and the transfer from the train station makes getting to and from the hotel very easy. I would definitely recommend this property to people visiting St Moritz."
