We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Steffani. The staff made us feel welcome, and we really enjoyed our visit to St. Moritz. We especially appreciated the transportation to the train station. The driver was very kind and efficient, and the ride made our departure much easier. We would gladly recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again!

Beautiful hotel with the best customer service! The front desk staff are so cheerful and kind. We were picked up at the train station in a Range Rover. We received a room upgrade and it was beautiful! The complementary breakfast was very good

Nice location and clean rooms with a balcony. Had partial views of the water which I wish we were higher but is what it is. Staff was pleasant but very basic on the things to do. Simply pointed to the center to walk to infront or to the left to the mountain. Would have loved a little more insight. Thank goodness for Google. this time of the year not much going on there. Very beautiful tho.

The room was clean and tidy, I can’t find any finger prints on every glass, all the staffs are friendly, the breakfast was great, it was very convenient to go anywhere, I definitely introduce to all my friends and will stay again on this wonderful hotel

The majority of the staff was pleasant, the hotel was clean and the breakfast is excellent! If you are going for certain activities, I would recommend you call the hotel and confirm the slopes and/or activities are available.
