"A beautiful hotel in the heart of Koutouloufari. Rooms are spacious with everything you could possiby need during your holiday, plus a bottle of wine to welcome you. The pool area isn’t huge but very pretty and never so busy you can’t find a seat or sunbed. So many brilliant places to eat and drink on the area. Perfect holiday destination."

"Everything was perfect! Even though we were only there for one night, we were impressed by the facilities. The staff were friendly. As we had the breakfast option included with our night and had to leave very early they prepared a box lunch for us to eat before catching the plane. "

"The an ultimate hotel for the best vacation ever!!! First of all most importantly service!!! Always there for your every need taking care of your every last concern All inclusive to the highest standards especially with our specific culinary needs the hotels nutritionist are always ready to do anything for your needs they where amazing both of them!!! And finally a great shout out to Vicky from the front desk she was amazing in every possible way!!! Thank you for the room upgrade!!!!!"

Lovely family holiday

"The hotel was amazing and better than advertised. The rooms and surrounding areas were clean and airy, the location was beautiful. Travelling with a 2 year old, the all inclusive food, pizza corner and snacks were great. We really enjoyed the variety of food, especially as vegetarians. The bar staff, restaurant staff and lobby staff were amazing - super helpful. The best part was the animation team. An excellent job done by Marcone, Giorgia and Karol - our son loved the mini disco every night. They were fantastic and helped my son have a memorable holiday"

Royal & Imperial Belvedere Resort - All inclusive

"Just had 5 nights at this hotel (late October) and it was wonderful. Busy enough to feel part of something, quiet enough so that there were no queues at all for food (which was plentiful, varied and delicious) and plenty of space in every area (poolside, restaurants, etc). Room was comfy, pools were lovely (if a little cold), sun loungers were plentiful, staff were great (my daughter and I did sunset yoga every day - bliss) and only a 25 minute taxi ride from Heraklion Airport. Deserves every one of it's 4 stars."
