"Really nice hotel, went early and asked if we could park up till the check in time, and they said no problem! Leave your car and go enjoy your day, short walk to sea front, went back at 3pm and there’s a bar situated in the hotel called the hidden gem which we didn’t know about, cheap prices and craft beers and ciders too so bonus! Staff were great, room was a family room but spot on for us and the continental breakfast the next morning was fabulous! Would definitely recommend and stay again."
"Loved the closeness to beach and amenities bar on site dog friendly special are for breakfast with your dog wish they did snacks like cakes sandwhiches perhaps made to order as used to do evening meals which again could be booked so as no food waste "

The only downfall would be the lack of maintenance in the room itself, the mirror light in the bathroom was cracked a didn’t work, the bathroom fan wasn’t working and generally the room lacked a good refresh. "Like my stay last year, the doors of adjoining rooms get slammed at all hours, so maybe adults need reminding by a sign on the doors to be thoughtful to others.
The room was perfect, the view I wanted and paid for was better than expected.
There is of course need for licks of paint and perhaps in room furniture in need of tlc or upgrade, but for me, it adds to the "age".
If you want modern, go elsewhere but the price is reflective of the location, so all things being equal. I am satisfied with my stay. "

Kitchen was clean - i met the cleaner a couple of times, and she was always more than happy to help with any concerns, and showed me that there was food (frozen food and cereal) that everyone could help themselves to.
