"The hotel is well overdue for some investment. A substantial renovation is needed to overcome tired decor, poor en suite and shower, neglected reception area. Really can't recommend. However the saving feature was Sanjeewa, the manager, who impressed us with his professional and courteous approach. He did everything to help in difficult circumstances."

"Hotel and room were excellent; neighboring guests were young and loud. Lots of screaming, laughing , playing music long into the night. We were just too tired to say anything. That won’t prevent us from staying again, but we can tell Canterbury even in winter is a weekend party town. "
"A lovely place to stay in a perfect location in the city. The bar staff are among the best we have come across, they are super friendly, expertly creating cocktails and a wonderful atmosphere.
All the staff are brilliant and very friendly.
