The room was filled with roaches. We didn't realize how bad until the next morning after driving 18+ hours and crashing out. We stored our things on the vehicle and only took necessities in since we already paid and didn't want to try and move to another hotel. The room also had a smoke smell even though it was a non smoking room, it just stunk of tobacco. The few times interacting with staff was fine they were all polite. .I wish they would have told us they weren't programming the keys for more than one day even though we paid for 2. Arrived back at the room and the key didn't work. Had to go wait in line to get it programmed so I could enter the room we had paid for. The room was

The hot water never got even close to body temperature. My showers were only slightly better than just using cold water. The vanity countertop was heavily broken across maybe 20% of the surface. Less sound deadening with adjoining rooms than I've ever experienced at a hotel. No in-room coffee maker. Small bugs (maybe just-hatched spiders) all over the vanity countertop. Only one very light blanket on the bed with no extras in the room. Bed was comfortable with a good selection of various firmness pillows

The front staff lady was polite. The hotel is in shambles. The hot water didnt work and our room was changed. There were no towels in the room. Just a hand towel, bath mat, and two washcloths. There was a bug in the floor by the shower. The towel rack was falling off the wall, that's without the towels. The water pressure was almost non existent and the shower head could use a scrub down. The renovation crew begin way before check out time and we were woken up to drills and very loud noises. There is no working hot tub more like a kids pool.

The room smelled like stale cigarettes and overall in disrepair. The shower water only came out in a trickle so be prepared to spend 40 minutes trying to get shampoo out of your hair. The people next to us apparently lived there and were moving and because there is no elevator and the people were sliding totes down the stairs and since you can hear everything it sounded like a bomb. Listening to the little bird in the opposite room tweeting wasn’t bad though. Good news is we did see an exterminator as I imagine bugs are a concern. The bed was comfy surprisingly. Not sure what the red splatter on the ceiling could be from. Needed a room last minute and everything was booked so we stayed here. Probably should’ve just rented a van lol

The room was clean but it had roaches! Several went in the bathtub, a couple found crawling up the wall and two more on floor. It was too much, and if this is Windham Property, they should be ashamed of themselves!
