The chairs by the beach used to be included with the resort, was bummed that is not the case anymore when we arrived. Other than that, it was great.

Glenn & Shelley at the front registration desk were so inviting and helpful. The food is always good and drinks too. Unfortunately the bed was hard as a rock, and the pool lounges were very uncomfortable after a long while. Otherwise, the views and location were perfect.

The staff at the bars was a bit less than average. Not very friendly. Housekeeping staff was friendly, but always seemed to forget some small service when cleaning. I did not like paying for parking when they have a gate which was always open, so anyone could go in or out. Food choices at the restaurants is very limited and all 3 restaurants have the same menu, so no variety.
