We are so lucky we found The Villas. Beautiful and clean rooms, wonderful pool, perfect location half a block from a wonderful beach, and tons of great restaurants right there. Our room had a super nice shower and brand-new kitchen.

Great spot within walking distance to the beach and great little dine in spots and coffee shops. The room is spacious and clean. Walls are a bit thin and if you have loud neighbors it may be a nuisance. Outdoor area is pleasant to sit and enjoy the ocean breeze.

The stairway to the second floor was broken (the rail) and it was unsafe and made it difficult to walk upstairs. The villa was very hot; the AC was off and took a while to cool down. Otherwise, the villa was excellent and we enjoyed it!

Tiny, tiny room. Had a bed, tiny kitchen, really tiny bath, and when I booked the room it showed a price of $177. By the time the tacked on an $80 CLEANING FEE, plus taxes, the price was almost $300! I will be sure to check ALL fees before I click on BOOK IT next time, my bad.

Holiday Get Away.

Check in to check out everything was very seamless and all through Text. Dave was very responsive with any questions that needed to be answered. This is a smaller extend a stay boutique hotel experience. Do not expect a bar or any resort type amenities spa etc. Renovated rooms with all the need you would need and minutes walk to the beach! I would take note just a call out not a bad thing this is a 1950s ( just totally guessing) little hotel that was renovated so you will hear people above you if you have a ground floor unit. That all depends on how much time you are actually spending in your room. 5 stars from me!

I LOVED this place. Prior to traveling, I searched for hours trying to find a clean, comfortable place to stay that was close to the beach because I had never been to St. Pete's before. And this place was perfect. Close to some great restaurants, with only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. There was a nice grill serving drinks and snacks right at the entrance to the beach. And the villa property itself was so pretty. We sat by the pool each morning, drinking our complimentary coffee, enjoying the sun and shade. The room was so clean, modern, and had a nice kitchenette. It was a pleasant place to return to after our days in the sun. We would definitely return here.
