"Overall, a good place for the vacation"

"Came two times a month apart and hot tub was not working either time. The bass from the loud music was too much and gave me a headache. From the room, you don't hear the music, just loud thumping noise from the bass- not enjoyable. The AC was difficult to control. Complimentary chocolate chip cookies were wonderful and the restaurants have very good food."

"Nice and modern hotel. Staff was amazing and friendly. Elijah was very helpful and sweet. The pool/bar area was very relaxing. Definitely recommend this for someone."

"Bathroom in room was dirty. Took 3 times contacting front desk and manger to get cleaned.The third time i took pictures ro manager at front desk and had to show cleaner where to clean. Also had a outlet in room sparking and burned. Took 3x to get this fixed also. When cleaners cleaned riom did not restock coffee. The hotel said they would make it right with me but didnt see anything. Besides that the pool and beach was nice. Will never book this hotel again. "
