"I was a little nervous because of where the hotel is located it really could have been hit or miss on the experience. I was very relieved and grateful to find just how nice the atmosphere actually was. Showers are hot. Rooms are clean. Staff is very nice, I would surely stay here again."

"Please Trust the negative reviews. They will be good to bad. Our experience was bad. The room was cramped, old wood floor dirty, bed springs noisy & uncomfortable, decor was yuk, 2 double windows with curtains that didn’t close all the way- I had 2 hair clips to close them together, shower curtain was moldy, room was musty smelling & damp feeling. This room was on the 3rd floor & located on the corner of the building, a bar with outdoor seating was directly under our room & we heard people until early morning. The street on one side of the room was a drag strip for motorcycles through out the night. The worst part is when I told the staff at the front desk when checking out, he said “next time ask to get a room on the 6th floor, which is much better, yes, the room you were in is not very good.” To be told that by the front desk staff is terrible & he had absolutely NO apology whatsoever. We were staying in the area for a 3 day music festival & only needed a place to sleep & shower so wasn’t looking for a place to hang out during the day, but our room was the worst - honestly! "

"Such a beautiful luxury resort. Only thing missing was a food, drink, bar, consessions available poolside. On the plus side, staff offered that the Hilton plans to add this feature within the year. Yeah!!! Despite no getting drinks poolside, highly recommend this hotel. While the bathroom tubs etc. are slightly dated, the room was clean and comfortable. The view from the sixth floor, spectacular. We will stay here again."

"Room was clean for the most part, but found a bug in the pillows. Pool and hot tub did their job. Woke up everyday looking forward to scrambled eggs at breakfast but they never had any when I went, even if it was over an hour before the buffet closed. "

"Hôtel and staff were meh. Had a 4 person reservation and I kept having to chase down housekeeping for additional 2 towels as there were only 2 towels provided, happened again for 2nd night. "

"Loved everything about skybeach. Staff was amazing, luma was perfect and the private beach was the best ever. We will be back next April with a larger crowd"
