"A really good located hotel in “Marine Lines”, which means, that you have an easy way to it (Churchgate Station is around). The hotel staff was really good and always did everything for a smooth & relaxing stay. Only thing that could be better, is that the bathroom needs a renovation. All in all, I would choose this hotel again because of its value for money, included breakfast and friendly staff."

"Overall satisfactory. Some rooms do not have an external window. We were shifted to a beautiful room on our second day. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The common areas get cleaned regularly which is great. Maybe some good books can be added. "

"An Unforgettable Stay at The Oberoi Mumbai , A True Masterclass in Hospitality Our stay at The Oberoi Mumbai was an absolute delight, an experience marked by elegance, serenity, and truly exceptional service. Nestled in the heart of the city, the hotel felt like an oasis of calm, a peaceful, refined escape amidst the vibrant buzz of Mumbai. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and genuinely cared for by the outstanding team. A special thank you to Priya at the front desk, who checked us in so graciously and set the tone for a wonderful stay. She also took us to our room and checked us in there. Our room was decorated with flowers and balloons and the bed also had throws and cushions saying Happy Birthday. She then ordered us tea and coffee and that cake with the most delicious cake and cookies . Thank you for organising that for us and it was thoroughly enjoyed. We’d like to express our heartfelt appreciation to Arjun, the Deputy Food and Beverage Manager, who consistently went out of his way to engage with us, asking about our day, offering great local restaurant recommendations, and always checking in to ensure we were enjoying our time. "I had a wonderful experience at Residency Hotel Fort in Mumbai. The staff were incredibly welcoming, even when I arrived at 3am! I was greeted with smiling faces, which was a great start to my stay. The room was excellent, with a large bathroom, and it was clean and well-equipped with all the regular amenities. The hotel also offers a decent breakfast selection. I was particularly impressed that they kindly stored my luggage for two days after I checked out. The hotel's location is also a major plus, as it's quite central and close to all the key tourist spots in Mumbai. I highly recommend this hotel."
