"Das familiengeführte Hotel ist insgesamt sehr angenehm. Es hat sehr schön einegrichtete Zimmer mit einem modernen Bad. Herr Bugl ist sehr freundlich und umgänglich. Der Anlass meiner Reise hierher war dienstlich, dennoch konnte ich mich gut erholen. Wenn ich hier in der Gegend wieder einmal zu tun habe, werde ich wieder im Buglhof übernachten."

"Wir haben einen vollkommen gelungene Winterurlaub verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet und in sauberem Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Leider wurde kurzfristig das in der Buchung enthaltene Frühstück abgesagt. Hier erfolgte eine Minderung des Reisepreises. Des Weiteren war leider der Wellnessbereich (Sauna/ Whirlpool etc.) des Hauses, mit Ausnahme des Freizeit- und Fitnessraum, nicht geöffnet. Dies wurde uns aber vorab nicht mitgeteilt! Some time after making the reservation I called to ask how to check-in given that it said there is no front desk and I didn't receive any instructions. I was told in German they are fully booked, despite having a confirmed reservation (and the hotels.com website having several rooms there). I asked how can it be and was told that if I want to speak with someone in English I should call again in 0.5-1 hours. I called more than...

"Went there for a work trip. Overall experience was good. Only a small personal remark about the bed. The bed was ok, but a bit of a thin squeaky mattress. Also 2 separate mattresses in a double bed where one is lying higher than the other isn't extremely comfortable. Nonetheless. Breakfast was good, room was ok. Good for a business trip."
