"Staff were brilliant. Breakfast was so good- so much choice. Close to Aldi the tram that takes you into centre. The Turkish restaurant (Istanbul restaurant the 2 local Greek restaurants are really good and decent value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the chef was such a good character - always offered us a choice of eggs/checked our breakfast was ok and spoke to us gave great recommendations. Absolutely brilliant for our visit to the Zag arena where we watched a concert and trams are very frequent to and from the hotel stop"

"The staff was very nice and helpful. The property and the rooms are updated. I found my room a bit small. But it was okay for a short business trip. I didn‘t have breakfast but it looked very good to me. I dined in the restaurant in the hotel. The food was good and the service excellent. The only minor remark I would make is the choice of TV programs - there were hardly any international programs available. "

"Nice staff and great restaurant. Hotel a bit “tired” ie carpets worn etc. Biggest problem was I had a room with the busy road on one side and the open atrium in the centre of the hotel on the other. This meant that there was a lot of noise when trying to sleep from both sides of the bedroom with the bar being in the atrium below."
