Had to unexpectedly stay another day in the U.K. and stayed in this quaint hotel last minute. The staff was extremely helpful as I needed to print out documents and the front desk was so empathetic to my situation and the hotel was quite affordable and close by the train station.

A breathtaking bar and restaurant with tables set up along the riverfront of the Thames. Room was comfortable. Conveniently located near shopping and Terminal 5 Heathrow. Only concern was there was no AC outlet near the bed, which would've been convenient for phone charging.

Easy check in process if you are comfortable with tech - done online and codes provided to access main door and room, no need for a key. Was checking in late so relaxed didn't have to see someone at reception to check in. Clean room, quiet. Good nights sleep

I chose this hotel because it was listed as safe for a solo female traveler. It is not. The hotel is in an area without a store nearby to buy bottled water. It sits on a main thoroughfare used for commuting. Support staff was almost nonexistent. The tub plumbing was fine, but the toilet was awful. It requires 30-60 minutes to refill before flushing. They said, " Oh, that is normal for London. The prior hotel was nothing like that. Nor did I ever use a public bathroom like that. The room itself was nice inside.

The Staff was great very friendly. This hotel doesn't have air conditioning or elevators. So, it may be better to stay here in the cooler months. The fans did not do much against the heat, or the heat wave that London was experiencing. Plus side it was near a mall so getting items was convenient.

We just returned from a two week stay at this hotel and it was NOT what we expected. The hotel staff was not helpful or accommodating at all! We were there for two weeks and the cook was out three days during our time there and we were only offered cold cereal and toast for breakfast; that's after paying full price for the full breakfast program they offer! I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone staying more than one night!! Our room was not cleaned when we asked them to clean it, and we ran out of toilet paper several times during our stay and the front desk told us they didn't have the key to the supply closet. The hotel also does not have A/C, so we were only offered fans for our room which only circulated the hot air! Overall, our experience at this hotel was not good, but fortunately, we did not let that spoil our trip. We had a great time in London and the surrounding area!!
