"Beautiful property. We stayed in the Beach House which was child-friendly. Staff were great and so were the facilities. Only issue was the childrenโs pool was out of service but we were able to use the main pool at Saltmoore House. Breakfast was amazing too."

"Friendly staff. Room was clean. Itโs located in the city centre easy to walk around the shops and beaches. Itโs on a hill, so one must walk down steps to the beach or take a tram. Food in town was not ideal: I tried a few based on reviews or recommendations, but was disappointed. Parking in town is a nightmare. The hotel provided on street parking ยฃ5/night, but itโs difficult to find a spot. There are some lovely shops around the corner, some antiques and soaps, where worth a visit."

"Although dated and in need of modernisation, this place was clean with everything you need. Checking in and accessing the room key was quick and easy. The room was large, bathroom was clean, bedding was clean. Tv worked. plenty of hot water."

"The hotel needs updating and is looking very worn however the guy on reception was very helpful and friendly and the room was clean enough for our one night stay. The curtains were a little shabby and could of done with a wash and some of the amenities could of done with fixing but we managed. It was the cheapest we could get for our visit so you basically get what you pay for, if you want a better quality hotel this is not the palace to stay."

"Had a nice room with a sea view plenty of space - shower hot and powerful - good to have an iron and iron board. Beds comfy with charging points. Only gripe is that there was a long mirror next to the wardrobe but no plug near it and a dresser with plug near it but no mirror not very helpful for female travellers"

"Lovely spacious room with good facilities. Very friendly staff. Parking is behind the hotel and took a bit of finding. Lovely breakfast. Pub can be a bit noisy at weekends."
