"Beautiful cottage in a fantastic, friendly village. It had everything we needed and was located close enough to the places we wanted to visit. Good local walks and a really nice pub over the road. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we are in the area."

"Beautiful views and great communication from the owner on how to find it and access your hut. We stayed in The Hive for one night and it was a little dusty, everything needed a deep clean. It didn’t ruin our trip, and would visit again in the hope this was a one off error."

"Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away.
Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as.
I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. "

"Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money.
Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. "I needed immediate help when the sat sav dumped me nearby & my host talked me all the way to the front door which was a huge relief. The accommodation is dated but I knew that from the photos it was very clean though & i was surprised to find all the essentials had ben left. I wasn’t expecting that so had brought it all with me.

"We had a lovely weekend stay at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable-perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cosy and the whole place had a fresh, welcoming feel. The only small thing we noticed was that there weren’t many mirrors, which would have been handy-but that didn’t take away from the overall great experience. Would definitely stay again!

"Very nice young lady checked us in. Very friendly and helpful.
There is a gym, pool and spa treatments on site.
Restaurants and bar available too.
Food was good although limited choice if you were staying more than one night.
Room we thought was a bit small by comparison to other chain hotels we've stayed in. That said it was clean and the bed was a comfy std double.
The shower wasn't great! Water hot but no matter where you put the controller we couldn't get anywhere near adequate water pressure.
Breakfast is a buffet style set up. There is a wide variety of breakfast fare on offer. Full English to a continental.
We enjoyed ours very much - maybe a bit too much😀."
