"I have never checked in due to the plans amendment, however it was disappointing for not being able to change the dates when needed,"
"Modern, central hotel in Nis. Very well furnished rooms with a high standard. Felt more of a business hotel but can be for tourists. Clean and comfortable, small hotel. . Front desk wasn't there at 9.30pm when checked in but my key and instructions were, and next day took my passport details. Overall a pleasant stay in a quiet side street near central Nis, cafes and restaurants , like 10. Minute walk at most."
"Very nice staff"
"They have a long long way to go before they can call themselves hoteliers. The shower room was a disaster. The TV was not working properly. The toilet flush would not fill again once you have flushed. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was very very basic cooking "
"Staying at this hotel was phenomenal!! The room is beautiful, the facilities are excellent. I swam, used the jacuzzi, got a very reasonably priced massage, had a great breakfast. The staff could not be more kind or helpful. The rooftop pool area is beautiful and comfortable and available from 10-10, so tons of time to enjoy."
"Hotel was great location to the city center. I liked that we could get around easily, walk everywhere and the proximity to the parks. It was clean and well maintained. My only issue was the breakfast (I get hives from consuming pork) and most of the food had pork and were too closed together on the placement table. Other than my concern for food contamination, we had a wonderful stay and will recommend this hotel."
"Though they have an elevator we still had to walk up 2 1/2 floors to get to our room. Occasionally the elevator did not work. And they had to shut off the water on our last day so no shower, toilet flushing, etc. No one apologized or made any effort to accommodate us like by finding a nearby restaurant that would let us use the toilet. Kind of third worldly."
