"Room was smelling of something every time we entered. We would open the balcony door and that would make it go away. Balcony was really enjoyable. The location was perfect to enjoy the views, walking distance to all attractions. Other than smell, everything was good."

"It is stuffy"

"Was all good other than being disappointed for not really feeling welcomed or get the perks as a VIP member of Orbitz. I showed them my VIP membership and asked for a complementary late checkout and got an extra hour. No mention of other complementary service or drinks, nothing. I had to comeback to ask and that was for drinks.. no mention on room upgrades.. in my previous experience with other hotels they were considerate enough to go through the details and telling us about each and every complementary services that you get as an Orbitz VIP member"

"There was a large centipede like bug on our bathroom wall on arrival. Room was run down and the plumbing sounded like somebody was drilling through a concrete wall with a hammer drill whenever any of the adjacent rooms were showering."

"The hotel was perfect. Clean and in a great location. Only negative, I was charged to use the parking garage after I checked out. I had previously paid for parking through Expedia. "

"Booked this property based on price, location and pool. We didn’t end up using the pool but I did see it being cleaned each morning. Location was central to the activities we chose to do and close to fancy mall that my daughter loved. There is no restaurant on the property but several hotels close by that do have food options. The laundry room was great to have, although it found out that they do not allow and loads of laundry to start after 8pm, which was inconvenient as we were sightseeing all day. I did like the coffee available 24/7 in the lounge and there was free drinking water in the lobby that we filled our bottles with every day. Our room was very clean and the staff were kind and helpful."
