Some staff spoke English and it was helpful because the receptionist did not. Also the credit card machine at the reception wouldn't process Hotels.com charges in dollars (but the restaurant's card reader can do it)"

We had requested an extra bed for our child via email, and we were pleasantly surprised to find it already set up upon our arrival.
