"This stay was terrible because it never even happened. The listing was on multiple sites and they claimed that ‘it was booked at the same time’ as another guest. They sent a contract and confirmed my booking, but they must have received a higher nightly offer and cancelled my reservation. Because of the cancellation, there was no other property large enough for our family in Tahoe, and our vacation was ruined. We were going to escape after not doing anything this entire year. Very disappointed...

"It’s the perfect location to enjoy all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer. You can walk to many places to eat, shop and ride the gondola. The service is incredible! We enjoyed the large pool and there are four hot tubs! The room are well equipped to heat up food in the microwave and keep snacks in the fridge. Love this hotel!!"
