I’ve stayed at this property a few times now and in different types of rooms, and I absolutely love it! The location is unbeatable: just minutes from town, great restaurants, and the river. Every room has beautiful mountain views, and the entire place is both family- and dog-friendly, which is a huge plus. The rooms are well-equipped, and the kitchens have everything you might need. The front desk and all the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. (They made a beautiful B-day Surprise for my Auntie!) I’d definitely recommend it—and I can’t wait to come back!

Pool and hot tubs- very clean; no heat on Monday morning after being cleaned ( communication would have been nice beforehand) Shuttle- insufficient staff. Long waits. Unit upkeep- dated, run down carpeting and furniture. Mattresses were good. Manager was respectful and gave resort fee refund. Doesn’t live up to marketing…
