"Lovely reception staff - i wrote the names of the women down but lost them! But they were so welcoming and helpful. The reviews for thie hotel seem quite harsh as this is a solid four star review hotel. The pool and gym are excellent. Breakfast had the best bacon I have had in a hotel but you need to come to breakfast before 9.30. The rooms were clean and modern."

"We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment and overall had a really enjoyable and relaxing stay. The views across the golf course were beautiful and it really is somewhere you can unwind and slow down. Looking out over the open landscape was incredibly peaceful. My main disappointment was the cleaning. The communal area leading to the apartments didn't appear to have been cleaned when we arrived. I deliberately waited a couple of days to see if it would be attended to, but by the third day the same debris was still there, so I raised it with reception. The reception manager told me the communal areas were cleaned every day, but I pointed out that this clearly hadn't happened in our area. I felt it would have been better simply to acknowledge that it had been missed. To their credit, they reacted quickly and the area was cleaned shortly afterwards, for which I thanked them. I also noticed when using the cooker extractor that the buttons were greasy and sticky, suggesting they had not been thoroughly cleaned for some time. We had a small issue with the curtain rail too, but maintenance responded promptly and politely. Overall, we had a lovely, relaxing stay, but I do think management needs to pay closer attention to cleaning and carry out more thorough checks. First impressions count, and these relatively small details can make a significant difference to a guest's overall experience."

"A Lovely Stay in the Heart of Town โค๏ธ From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Every receptionist spoke really good English, which made everything so easy, and they always greeted us with a lovely smile. ๐ The hotel is in the heart of the town, which is very convenient for exploring and getting around. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable, so we had a good nightโs sleep. The breakfast was okay and had enough choices to start the day. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really appreciated the warm and friendly service from all the reception staff. I would happily stay here again. ๐"

"We booked the Four Season for a mini-moon and arrived the day after our wedding to be greeted by a spectacular view of a country house on top of a hill. The wonderful valet and reception staff warmly welcomed us and showed us to our (upgraded) room which was spectacular- and had flowers and chocolate congratulating us on our marriage. The food in the restaurant was excellent each time we visited and we could well believe that the Sunday roast is the best In Hampshire- well worth going for even if youโre not a guest! The walk around the grounds was scenic and gave us a taste of the rural English countryside- whilst the spa experience was luxurious with great indoor/ outdoor pools and spa treatments! Special shoutout to Mohamed E on reception who went above and beyond at all all times and made our special stay perfect! We canโt recommend the Four Seasons Hampshire highly enough - weโll be back next year for our anniversary!"
