"The lodging was fine. But we had a situation upon arrival that was a bit uncomfortable as no one was available to receive us. Hence, this is more of a criticism of the platform hotels.com because we received an email that said the booking is confirmed and only much further down the email in small print did it notify that we needed to contact the property 24 hours in advance to make arrangements for access to property. Further down the line, it indicated only a phone number for special requests....

"I had a good night staying at Anette's place, but travellers should be aware that the bathroom is shared with other guests and faces directly onto the communal area - I had to wait to use it in the morning, and then the other guest was having a long conversation right outside the door with Anette which meant I couldn't feel relaxed! But the bed, the room itself, the bathroom and the kitchen facilities were all good, as was the garden which I was able to sit in. "

"Nice area and great breakfast Close to beach and cosy I prefer larger beds and miss that in descr on many Bookingsites these were 2x80cm which is to small for me. Otherwise a great affordable Motel/Hotel "

"No one at the reception when er arrived at 18:00. No sheets, no towels at the appartment. The swimming pool was closed for guest though straff members still were still swinging around. The straff members didn’t make any effords to try to conversate in English, Skandinavian or anu other of the western european languages. The didn’t seem to care at us at all. The surroundings were great and the conditions were all tights. Om dau time the straff was friendly and polite."
