"The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was right across the road from the train station yet close to old town and the Christmas Markets. We would definitely stay here again."

"We tried to check in around 7 and there was no one at the desk and a sign saying they were short staffed. The hotel message o line said check in before 8 PM. So there was no person. No phone answered and no room key under our name in the file on the desk for customers. We did not get to stay and had to book another hotel. I will need a refund. "
