The hotel ad stay was good but they honestly need a bigger shuttle. It only holds 8 people and fills up fast. I tried booking 2 days in advance for the shuttle but the hotel never got back to me. Once I checked in I asked for for a 9:30am shuttle and it was full. I had to take a $50 Uber ride to the airport. Aside from that nice staff and hotel.

Booked this hotel the same night we got there due to cancelled flight and staff were great, we rang up before we booked to check we could check in and they confirmed they would be there all night. The room was ready within 10 minutes of us arriving, nice room, balcony, comfy double bed, lovely shower and reasonably sized room. The rooftop we spent a long time on as we had a late flight on the last day, the day loungers are super comfy and there’s hot tubs up there too. Nice chilled town, lots of lovely restaurants along the same road, the lake nearby is very nice with a beach club/ restaurant on the water’s edge. The breakfast included in the stay was amazing, lots of options from eggs to pancakes to yogurt to cereal, staff were attentive too.

"If you're gonna go up the Stelvio Pass, location is perfect. Right near the start of the climb. Very very quiet town, so everything was mostly closed by 8-9 pm, therefore not much to do as of that time. Hotel was reasonably clean, but quite out-dated. Would benefit from a refresh. Staff was friendly ..."
