"More great service from Moyn on the reception. My room didn’t have USB ports so I couldn’t charge my phone and he moved me to a room which did. Occasionally the aircon blew cold during the night but I only noticed as I got up to use the bathroom. Great phone reception. Tv worked well and I really like the bathrooms here. It was my last of many stays but if I return I wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again. The staff are always friendly and any problems are sorted quickly. That’s what places this apart from other budget hotels. The excellent service. "

"Child friendly, cot set up ready in our room, friendly snd helpful staff. Plenty of breakfast options and hot food if needed. Only downside is the car park is alittle unsafe, in terms of spaces are tight and limited "

"Nice hotel. Friendly staff and super clean and comfortable room. Had a double plus single bed room. Good breakfast. Well located for the station and town centre. We were doing the Harry Potter tour for which it's ideal."
