The hotel is in a prime location, easily accessible by bus and train. Staff was friendly and the rooms were good - the floor carpets looked a little old and had some stains on it but overall a decent place to stay for the price.

We were on third floor no lifts as far as i could see, the stairs felt a bit dodgy in places and it felt as if they were sloping but it is a listed building.
