"Perfect hotel, excellent location in the middle of Stia, a small and cute town in the middle of Casentino valley in Toscany with many places to visit nearby. The room was extremely clean, nicely decorated, spacious bathroom. Service from Patrizia and the team was excellent. They are all very proud of what they're doing and they reflect it onto their guests. I will be back! "

"The ground floor is a beautiful design. The Reception staff were very good as were the waitresses at breakfast. The service by the two staff in the cafe next to the dining room was appalling (and we ate there twice). Our bedroom was fine but needed something upon which to place a second suitcase. The shower is in the bath so would perhaps it would be safer to have a shower mat to avoid slipping. There are some massive road works taking place in front of the hotel and they can be noisy in the morning."
