"The building itself could yse some work. The carpets need replaced in the hallways. The walls in our room needed cleaned or painted, partially the bathroom. Comfortable beds and quiet atmosphere. "

"My fiance and I were wowed in the Wow Room, Lovely, spacious, nice balcony, quiet, which overlooked a back courtyard, instagramable. 4 short stops on the T2 Tram from the Central Station, a 25 min to the Duomo and surrounding center area. The continental breakfast was decent, no cooked to order options and most of all the manager and staff were thee nicest, they went out of their way to make our stay in Florence most memorable. "

"Excellent place to stay in Florence. The site has everything we needed - nice restaurant, good shop and a swimming pool. The is a frequent and cheap bus into town at the entrance to the site. We stayed in a bungalow and it was perfect for two people in a lovely large bed with a nice outside seating area."
