"Great experience from start to finish. Most important the room was clean and up-to-date. I liked the location it was on a quiet street walkable to prime areas, the complimentary breakfast had wide variety of stuff to eat. Staff was very nice and welcoming. I recommend"

"Incredibly beautiful and well maintained hotel. We loved the vibe and our room was spacious, clean and very well lit! The 1 small critique we had was our water couldnโt get very cold, but that is a very minor detail in an overall exceptional stay. The bar had great happy hour deals and all the staff were super friendly. A bit out of the way but if you donโt mind walking, itโs really nice to be slightly removed from the craziness of the city centre. I would absolutely stay again and hope to get the opportunity to visit Ruby Beaโs other properties one day!"

"The accommodation is very good value for money. Nice facilities. The food in the restaurant is excellent and at a very reasonable price. Just one small complaint. We arrived in a torrential downpour, but had to wander around the site in the dark looking for our chalet. I thought a little buggy to help travellers would be a good idea."

"Lovely room and gorgeous location. Best to have a car when coming as it is far away from major areas. Lots of in-house facilities and walks. Good for a relaxing break. We enjoyed family holiday, with visits to the pool and easy drive to Florence."

"Truly a brilliant stay, the guys down at reception were amazing and helpful in every sense. The architecture was great with small nods to the cultural heritage of tuscany through the paintings on the doorframe, The rooms were clean and cleaning was though, everyone was really patient with the language barrier and eager to help and the calm atmosphere for breakfast was great although the options were slim. Can't recommend The Grand Hotel Panama enough"

"I had a fantastic stay at Plaza Hotel Lucchesi. The hotel is beautiful, the location along the Arno is excellent, and my room was comfortable with a wonderful view of Florence. The rooftop was definitely a highlight, with incredible views over the city and a perfect atmosphere for relaxing with a drink in the evening. The staff were also warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. A beautiful hotel in an amazing city, and I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Florence!"
